I am now looking forward to Sunday, September 2017 when I shall be going to Croke Park in Dublin , GAA HQ, for the first time. On that day there are 3 back to back camogie final matches. Two of them involve Cork teams at Intermediate and senior level. The intermediate team, including two girls form our local club Courcey Rovers, are up against Meath who beat them earlier in the year. So the Cork girls are  looking for revenge.

The senior ladies face Kilkenny in a repeat of last year's final but will line up without Gemma O'Connor one of their star backs who is out with a medial ligament injury.

I wish them both well and am hoping for decent shooting conditions, to make some memorable images.
